Going to Witness feels like eating in Georgia in the summertime, but without pollen literally everywhere or humidity that makes your hair look bad. You sit in church pews, the walls look like white house siding, and it smells like whiskey. Everything on the Southern-inspired menu is great, but the fried chicken and waffle with bourbon maple syrup is one of the best in the city, so if you don’t order it, you are a fool. Do not be a fool.
