Via Tribunali is the local Seattle chain that shouldn’t be your first choice for pizza in Capitol Hill (there’s Bar Cotto for that) - but shouldn’t be your last, either, because it’s great. It’s the perfect middle-tier Neapolitan spot for a big birthday dinner, or for splitting a spicy salami pie and an excellent Caesar with a date.
