G.H. Pasta Co.

2305 6th Ave

Seattle, WA 98121

You might know the pasta stylings of Le Messe in Eastlake. If you don’t, it doesn’t matter. G.H. Pasta Co. is a fast-casual pasta spot from the same team, and what you can expect is a massive bowl of delicious homemade noodles with things like pesto, braised pork and root vegetables, cacio e pepe, and amatriciana sauce. It’s all excellent, won’t cost you more than $9 a plate, and pairs really well with the garlic bread topped with parmesan and chives.

Next in the boxing ring to compete with Il Corvo (who currently holds the title of inexpensive, lunchtime-only pasta champion) is G.H. Pasta Co., a counter-service spot from the same team behind Le Messe and Raccolto. G.H. has substantial bowls of incredible pasta that cost less than $10 each. Some of our favorites are the gemelli with braised pork, cacio e pepe, rigatoni all’amatriciana, and bucatini with shrimp. It’s all amazing, down to the side order of garlic bread covered in parmesan and chives. We can’t say this is the best lunchtime pasta in the city, but do they have Il Corvo beat on convenience - you can walk right into this Denny Triangle spot and get outstanding pasta without waiting for hours in the rain.

The same team behind Le Messe and Raccolto opened G.H. Pasta Co. in South Lake Union’s Denny Triangle. They serve pasta for lunch every day from 11am-4pm, so you can expect things like bolognese, pesto, amatriciana, and cacio e pepe. Also, they have garlic bread covered in parmesan cheese.

We checked out G.H. Pasta Co. and added it to our Hit List.
