Available only on Friday, July 3rd, Addo is selling a spicy crab boil kit for pickup or delivery. It’s $150, and includes two live Dungeness crabs, corn, leeks, onions, and potatoes marinated in chili oil and comes along with saffron rice, chicharrones, housemade habanero hot sauce, fennel salt, sazon, six Olympia beers, a bottle of cava, and two slices of flan. All you need is water and a pot and you can cook up a great seafood meal. Or, enjoy the day boiling vegetables and getting to know your two new pets. Order online here and if shellfish isn’t your thing, Addo offers grill packs, too.

Addo has launched a few different pickup/delivery programs. There’s Addo @ Home, which consists of a weekly-updated menu of three meals per person plus a bottle of wine for $90. Addo Pantry is another program that includes a la carte items like lechoncito pork and rice, hot sauce, smoked salmon, and stocks. Both of those options are available for delivery as well. The third program is called Addo For The People, where you can purchase $9 meals (like pork and rice, pasta, or soup and sandwiches) and/or $4 children’s portions available either for yourself or for donation to those in need. Addo For The People is located in various neighborhoods around the city, like Eastlake, Ballard, West Seattle, SoDo, and more in the works. Check out their instagram for more info.

Addo launched a whole separate menu called Addo Pantry - there’s a ton of variety in what they’re offering, like Italian sauces and fresh pasta, ramen broth and noodles, homemade seasonings like fennel salt, and different cooked and raw things available in bulk like smoked salmon, cooked lechoncito pork, panzanella salad, and rice. They’ll also deliver to the entire Seattle area, including the Eastside. Check out their menu here.

Addo’s offering membership to their a wine club that involves selected bottles from small local distributors. Sign up on their website - you can get five bottles for $135 or 10 bottles for $250, and there’s a $15 delivery fee.

This experience-based restaurant is doing a lot for the community right now - including Addo For The People, a program that allows you to buy bowls of food for those in need for $9 each. They work with organizations like Mary’s Place, as well as local hospitals. You can buy these meals and learn more on Addo’s Instagram page.

This experience-based spot in Ballard has a few things happening for the Thanksgiving holiday, from a $65 per-person five-course tasting menu involving a full meal to a la carte options, including four different brined turkey preparations, like a sazon-cured pavochon. They’re also offering a bunch of side dishes, desserts, and additions to make your dinner table exponentially fancier, like caviar and ready-to-shave truffles.
