Imagine if Chipotle were amazing and not a system set up by the salt industry to jack up your sodium intake by 1000%. Then imagine if that amazing Chipotle was local and cool and had salmon tacos because this is California. That place would be Little Chihuahua. The carnitas tacos and chile verde chicken are delightful, and the brunch menu is not something to sleep through either. Those breakfast tacos are more restorative than any green juice in the land.
