Prubechu

The Guamanian restaurant in the Mission serves up sweet rolls, titiyas, beef empanadas, and other Chamorro dishes. I especially love their ko’ko wings. They’re tender and juicy and spiced with a secret house blend, and they taste even better after dipped in a tangy lemon fina’denne sauce. Another favorite, the tinaktak - a creamy dish with handmade egg noodles, cherry tomatoes, green beans, and coconut beef, which will make you feel like you’re wrapped in the coziest blanket on the planet. Prubechu has shown off its versatility during the pandemic with takeout, delivery, a huge outdoor space with social-distancing and safety precautions in place, and occassional patio pig roasts and special occasion boxes to go.
