Hopscotch

If you’re in the mood for diner food, but want more than just bacon and eggs, head to Hopscotch. This casual Uptown restaurant does an excellent brunch, lunch, and dinner in a cool, laid-back setting with retro red diner chairs and checkerboard floors. But what makes Hopscotch interesting is their menu - classic American dishes are influenced by Japanese flavors. They have tonkatsu and crispy chicken sandwiches, soba biscuits and sausage gravy, and kimchee fried rice. You also can’t go wrong with their buttermilk fried chicken.
