Frena Bakery in SoMa is making sufganiyot topped with things like Kinder Bueno, halva and chocolate, and bubble gum. The specialty donuts are available in a dealers’ choice-style mixed box of a half dozen or a dozen (no requests). Frena also has rugelach, latkes, and challah.
