Mighty Bread Company’s specialty is sourdough - from soft, fluffy seeded loaves to sweet, chocolate-filled rolls. But their small store in South Philly also does breakfast every weekend, mostly consisting of things like salmon and avocado toasts built on top of thick slices of their sourdough. They’re only open on Saturday and Sunday and you’ll have to get there early because they tend to sell out by around noon, but it’s worth getting out of bed for the sourdough alone.
