Birra is a small, casual Italian place with a pretty big selection of beers on tap and a ton of TVs that are usually playing sports. They have things like pasta and calamari, but your best bet here is the pizza. You can get a whole pie for $8 any time, but if you come during Happy Hour (which goes until 6pm on weeknights), you can get an entire cheese pizza for just $4, which is maybe the most ridiculous food deal in the city.
