Sola Pasta Bar is from an Italian chef who apparently had a Michelin star in Italy at one point, and who was the chef at the upscale spot Mamo across the street. The premise is cool - there’s a big wraparound bar where you sit and watch the chefs cook your pasta right in front of you. But unfortunately, the pasta here is pretty awful. It tastes kind of like something you’d throw together at home and end up regretting.
