Smor is a Nordic spot in the East Village that specializes in smorrebrod - open-faced sandwiches on dense, crunchy rye bread. We like all of those, but our favorite thing here is actually the roast beef sandwich, which comes with a lot of meat, remoulade, and aioli on a pressed burger bun. There are only about 12 seats, and the one-room space doesn’t even have a bathroom, so it’s best for a quick meal or takeout.
