It can be frustrating to walk around on the Upper East Side in search of outdoor seating. The handful of places that most people know are always swamped, which is why it’s good to know about the street seating at Serena’s. This place has a pretty standard cafe menu of salads and paninis, but we’d recommend sticking to wine and small plates.
