Post is a little restaurant in Alphabet City where you can get a biscuit sandwich any time of the day. It’s great for brunch, although there isn’t room for groups. They have a bar, a few window seats, and a single table in the back. So come by if you’re dining solo or with one or two friends. The menu is small, and it’s mostly just easy American comfort food (biscuits and gravy, roasted chicken, burger, etc.). If you live nearby, this could be your new go-to spot for a somewhat quick meal.

Vinegar Hill House
One of our favorite restaurants in Brooklyn, especially in the summer when their back garden is in full swing. Bring some bug spray, eat a pork chop.
Most everything on the menu at Charlie Bird is fantastic. They do service and wine better than almost anyone else.
