Pho Bar is a casual Vietnamese restaurant from the people behind Saigon Shack. It’s about a block away from Washington Square Park, and it’s a great laid-back option for NYU students and people on their way to the Comedy Cellar. They make some really good spicy pho, as well as crispy spring rolls we’d like to be able to make for our friends and family. We’d come back here anytime for a casual lunch or dinner in Greenwich Village.
