Nowon is a new Korean spot in the East Village that has a double-patty steak burger worth traveling for. The burger originally gained a following through a pop-up at Black Emperor - but now it has its own home here. This dimly-lit restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol yet, but they're always playing loud '90s hip-hop and you can expect some Korean iced teas, bar snacks like honey butter tater tots.
