Formerly a bagel pop-up inside Paulie Gee’s, Edith’s has officially opened a permanent location in Williamsburg. The new sandwich counter serves everything from smoked brisket pastrami on rye and a bagel BEC with latkes, to raspberry-rosewater croissants and to chicken schnitzel pitas. Stop by their counter-service shop on Lorimer Street between 9am and 3pm, Thursday through Sunday to try some of their new dishes before they sell out.
