This cash-only Shanghainese restaurant on Bayard Street in Manhattan's Chinatown makes some of our favorite food in the neighborhood. Including their incredibly meaty soup dumplings filled with a combo of crab and pork. We also love to order the extra-crispy scallion pancake, as well as the spicy wontons that come with peanut sauce, sesame seeds, and chili oil on top (which give you a hot and cool sensation simultaneously). Deluxe Green Bo's space isn’t huge, so we wouldn’t recommend bringing more than a couple people here with you. Otherwise, we'd recommend coming as often as you can.
