Chama Mama is a Georgian restaurant at the southern end of Chelsea, and the main specialty here is the khachapuri (bread filled with hot cheese). There are a few different kinds, and we highly suggest the round, flaky imeruli variety that comes sliced into quarters. You should also get an order of khinkali (Georgian dumplings), before you move on to some bigger dishes like the beef-and-pork meatballs known as apkhazura. This is a great spot to share a few things with someone on a weeknight, and the big, minimalist space has plenty of room for groups. Be sure to drink some Georgian wine while you’re here, too - there are about 30 different kinds by the glass, and most of them are around $10.

The Popular London restaurant chain's first NYC location is in Chelsea, and it has mixed results. The burger is great, but the lobster? Not so hot.
