Over the last decade, Roberta’s has gone from cool Bushwick pizza place to bi-coastal restaurant empire selling frozen pies in select grocery stores. And in December 2020, the restaurant officially branched out into the burger business with Burgies. This counter-service spot on a quiet block in the middle of an industrial park in East Williamsburg serves one the best cheeseburgers in town. Both the classic “Burgie” and the “Double Burgie” are served on a potato roll with cheese, onions, pickles, and thousand island dressing. There’s also a veggie burger on the menu for $12, and all three are available for takeout and delivery.
