This is a vegetarian sushi place, and it’s better than you expect. Sure there’s no fish - but on the bright side, no one worries about mercury levels in vegetables. Also, it’s not like they just cut up some cucumber and stick them onto balls of rice. They use sauces and ingredients like fennel and sweet potato. Get their roll with mango and spicy veggies on top. There are three locations in the city, and they’re all very casual.
