Thank You Coffee
Where we've featured it
The very cute, extremely cordial coffee pop-up, Thank You Coffee, now has a new brick-and-mortar location. Starting Wednesday, March 3rd, you’ll be able to find them on 938 N Hill St., a charming building in Chinatown outfitted with huge windows and glowing neon signs. They’ll be sharing the space with the similarly manners-forward stationery shop, Paper Please, and serving a variety of drinks such as pour-over coffee, herbal tea, and specialty drinks, like the “You’re Welcome” latte, made with lapsang souchong syrup, chicory pecan bitters, espresso, and oat milk.
This is easily the cutest coffee pop-up in the city, and perhaps even… the world? Operating out of the Chinatown stationery store Paper Please (good manners abound here), Thank You Coffee offers a compact menu of pour overs, herbal teas, and specialty drinks, like the You’re Welcome latte, made with lapsang souchong syrup (a smoky, aromatic black tea from China’s Fujian Province), chicory pecan bitters, espresso, and oat milk. Plus all of the bottles come with little cat drawings. What the hell.
