Located on Valley Blvd. in Alhambra, Szechuan Impression tends to get passed over for its more famous neighbor, Chengdu Taste, but this casual szechuan spot deserves your attention. The giant menu of classic Szechuan dishes is excellent, and while the space isn’t huge, there are long wooden tables ideal for big group dinners. Get the tea-smoked ribs and wontons in chili sauce.
