Located on the top floor of an old office building overlooking Pershing Square, Perch is the kind of place that makes you realize LA actually isn’t all freeways and palm trees. The view of downtown from Perch’s outdoor patio is spectacular, and its fire pits, nightly live jazz music, and a solid French-leaning menu don’t hurt either.
