Over at West Hollywood’s brand-new Pendry hotel is Ospero, Wolfgang Puck’s latest restaurant. Unlike his other, fancier restaurants like Spago and Chinois On Main, this new joint will be focusing on wood-fired pizzas topped with everything from spicy chicken to house-made lamb sausage, and his signature smoked salmon and dill cream combo. They’ll also have a variety of other Italian dishes, like cheese ravioli, ricotta gnocchi served in a braised oxtail ragout, and prosciutto paninis, as well as an extensive cocktail and wine menu.
