Located on the Broadway side of the Far East Plaza, Kim Chuy specializes in the coastal cuisine of Chiu Chow, or Chaozhou, a city in the eastern part of Guangdong Province. Their signature soups are made with everything from fried wontons to pork offal, and come with your choice of either egg, crispy, rice, or vermicelli noodles. Self-restraint not included.
