A casual new Japanese spot in Koreatown, Iki Ramen serves hand rolls and a variety of excellent ramen. Unlike a lot of places that specialize in one kind of ramen, Iki has a whole range of ramen, from the very good light, citrusy yuzu shio with chicken broth, to the dense truffle butter tonkotsu with slow-braised pork belly and sweet corn. No matter what you’re eating, start your meal with some hand rolls - the fish is super fresh, and you can get four for $13.
