If you find yourself near the Venice Boardwalk (why?), a solid option is El Huarique. It’s a tiny stall inside a suspect-looking food court directly on Ocean Front Walk, but, turns out, they have some excellent Peruvian ceviche. Get the Venice Beach or Leche de Tigre versions to go, walk in the opposite direction to the crowds, and eat a solid lunch on the beach.
