Bandera is one of the many restaurants owned by the very corporate but somehow very tolerable Hillstone group. The dimly-lit Brentwood spot definitely has more of an upscale steakhouse vibe, and that means steak and potatoes and maybe a three-piece band softly playing in the corner. This is the place you take out-of-town family who think kale is a myth and that uncooked fish will only make you sick.
