Shoreditch Sky Terrace is a chilled rooftop bar accessed through the lobby of the Courthouse hotel in Shoreditch. While most rooftop spots get rammed when the sun comes out for a few minutes, the bar’s hidden location and crowd control means that the vibe is always closer to a private pool party in Ibiza than a Yate’s Wine Bar in Reading. It’s legitimately lovely when the sun’s out, and though the drinks are definitely an afterthought, it’s worth it for a nice view of the surrounding steeples and the City in the distance. Make a booking, or get there early.
