We’re still struggling to pronounce the name of this place, but all you need to know is that it’s an excellent modern French restaurant in a space where you’ll feel like you’re having dinner inside the world’s largest wine vault. Les 110 de Taillevent is all about the finer things in life, and is there as a perfect spot for people who have already figured out that the best things often involve great wine, a comfortable place to sit, and stellar food. Speaking of food, the cuisine here is unabashed Gallic fine dining, with luxury ingredients like foie gras and truffles all over the menu – and the execution is never less than flawless. It costs, but we’ve never been disappointed, and it’s an experience that’s worth the price of admission. It’s a good call for a special occasion, and your parents will love it, too.
