You stumble out of the insanity of Fremont Street’s bars and street performers and realize that the sun is rising. It’s 7am and you can’t be held responsible for your actions if you don’t put some coffee into your body soon. You can find an excellent cup and some great breakfast options at PublicUS. The chimichurri steak and eggs are great, but our favorite dish is the Mahalo Special, which has eggs, spam, sausage, rice, and kimchi. Once you’re done, you’ll forget that you came here for just a cup of coffee.

This 24 hour spot in The Cosmopolitan works just as well for breakfast beignets as it does for a reasonably-priced lunch, or middle of the night meal.
Eat is a Southern breakfast and lunch spot downtown with a space and food that are equally comforting.
