There are very few guarantees in Las Vegas, but something you can always count is that brunch at Bouchon will be the best of your trip. This is definitely a blow-out place where you’re going to spend a lot, but if you choose one spot to do that, this should be it. It’s great for large groups that want to start the day on a high note, before things inevitably get less classy. The brunch menu is classic French, but make sure you order the sausage hash or at least get a plate of it to share.
