Taqueria El Asadaro in Ravenswood serves some of the best Mexican in Chicago. This is a cash-only, no-frills spot that’s perfect for lunch. The burritos and tortas are done exceptionally well, but our favorite thing here is the carne asada tacos. They’re perfectly seared, served with onion and cilantro, and exactly what you wish every meal that costs $2.50 tasted like.
