Kie-Gol-Lanee is a BYOB Mexican restaurant in Uptown specializing in Oaxacan food. The menu has tamales wrapped in a plantain leaf with your choice of fillings (our favorite is the pork), tlayudas (crispy tortillas topped with beans, cheese, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, and meat), and entrees like a flavorful rabbit stew in a yellow mole. The servers are friendly, and the relaxed space is great for groups. Come here with friends and a few bottles of wine and see who starts talking about their ex first.
