Italianette is one of the stalls in the Fulton Galley food hall in the West Loop. This place focuses primarily on excellent housemade pastas, with a few thin crust pizzas thrown in for good measure. While the pizzas are tasty (and definitely worth getting), it’s the pasta that stands out, like the perfectly peppery and al dente cacio e pepe and the saffron gemelli with an incredibly rich pork ragu. Pair them with a glass of wine and you’ll forget you’re sitting in a fancy food court.
