El Chubasco is a small, charming restaurant in Pilsen that’s always full of families and people stopping in for takeout. The menu is long, but we like focusing on tacos while we’re here. The handmade tortillas here are small and light, and doubled up to withstand the filling. Our favorite taco is the Cecina (guacamole, beans, pico de gallo), but the carne asada is very good too.
