Wouldn’t it nice if every restaurant only made one dish and just did a damn good job of it? Well, maybe not, actually, but it works for this Porter Square udon shop. This place is as casual as it gets and limits your choice to hot or cold. We preferred the cold, but make your own choice—it isn’t much of a big lift to explore the menu here.
