Gracenote is one of those intentionally minimalist coffee shops, the type that forces you to stand in awe of the barista’s immaculate V60 pouring technique. In fact, at the Downtown location, you literally do have to stand, because there are no places to sit. Luckily, the product is worth the show - the coffee is very good. Gracenote also roasts their own beans, so be sure to pick up a bag or two when you visit. Gracenote is currently open for takeout.
