Vic & Al’s is a Cajun restaurant from the people that brought you the ever-popular Italian food trailer, Patrizi’s. The current menu is pretty pared down, with fried chicken, super tender blackened catfish, roasted pig, and pickled eggplant, served either as a po-boy, rice plate, or salad. There are also a few side dishes like salads and okra, as well as vacuum-packed pre-made cocktails. They’re open for both takeout and delivery.
